1. Agreement to Terms

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use or attempt to use another user's account without authorization

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services

• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or purchase orders. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

5.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Exacto Company Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Exacto Company Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Exacto Company Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
